The Living Wage campaign in BC has gone through a lot of change in recent years, with a variety of stakeholders invested in its future. We worked with Victoria and Krystal to develop a new three-year strategy for the Living Wage program. They developed a seamless process and expertly facilitated a series of sessions with key stakeholders to understand their needs and opinions on the future of Living Wage. Facilitating online can be challenging, but Victoria and Krystal did it with ease. Their process is very collaborative, and they encourage feedback and making improvements based on the feedback they’ve heard.
